Studio Policies

At The Red Room, our policies are designed to create a positive experience for every member and guest. Please review the following information before booking your class.

Memberships & Purchases

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

  • Class packs are non-transferable.

  • Guest passes are valid for first-time clients only.

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused classes, class packs, memberships, promotional offers, or gift cards.

  • All purchases are subject to applicable sales tax.

Booking & Cancellation

To provide the best experience for all members, advance booking is recommended.

  • Classes may be reserved through our online booking system.

  • If you cannot attend a class, please cancel within the required cancellation window to avoid late cancellation or no-show fees.

  • Failure to cancel or attend a reserved class may result in a fee or the loss of the class credit, depending on your membership or package.

Please refer to your booking confirmation for the current cancellation window.

Health & Safety

For the safety of everyone in the studio:

  • Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class.

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and attend another class when you are feeling better.

Personal Belongings

The Red Room is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you or store them securely while attending class.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled class, especially if it is your first visit.

Studio doors may be locked once class begins to minimize disruptions.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to join class for safety reasons.

 

Studio Etiquette

To help maintain a calm and welcoming environment:

  • Silence all mobile devices before entering the studio.

  • Respect fellow members and instructors.

  • Return equipment to its designated place after class.

  • Clean any equipment used during class if requested by staff.

 

Guest Policy

Guest passes may only be used by first-time visitors.

Each guest must create an account and complete all required waivers before attending class.

 

The Red Room reserves the right to modify memberships, pricing, class schedules, and studio policies at any time without prior notice.
